Tax Credit Financing Case Study

ULI Boston and the Boston Preservation Alliance are collaborating to offer a case-study based seminar on tax credit financing.
 
The featured project will be the re-development of Hibernian Hall in Dudley Square - a project that relied on a combination of Historic and New Market Tax Credits to transform an abandoned dance hall into arts-oriented complex of retail, office, gallery, performance and gathering spaces.  This event is specifically for young professionals (under 35).
