Kim’s Flower Shop was founded in 2016 by Vivian Veth and Junior Pena. They named Kim’s Flower Shop after Vivian’s mother. They opened their business in Dorchester’s Fields Corner because they grew up there. They also have a real estate business in the same building. One thing I noticed in Kim’s Flower Shop is that there are a lot of different flowers. When I went to visit Kim’s Flower Shop, I felt welcome because I was greeted instantly. My favorite part was that she gave us flowers.

In 2015 they opened Landmark Unlimited Realty. In 2017 they participated in Tết in Boston. Tết in Boston is the Vietnamese Lunar New Year in February. In 2018 they created a new website where you can order flowers for delivery.

The business is important to the area because people can buy flowers for their houses, for Mother’s Day, graduations, or for their anniversary. They also help to buy and sell houses.
